Productores, t\u00e9cnicos y estudiantes participaron de una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n orientada al fortalecimiento de las competencias t\u00e9cnicas y normativas en la producci\u00f3n, secado y comercializaci\u00f3n de la yerba mate, desarrollada en el distrito de Tava\u2019i, departamento de Caazap\u00e1.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el <strong>Sal\u00f3n de Eventos de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores para el Desarrollo Integral (APDI)<\/strong> y fue organizada por especialistas del <strong>Proyecto de Inserci\u00f3n a los Mercados Agrarios (PIMA)<\/strong>, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad del producto y fortalecer la formalizaci\u00f3n del sector yerbatero en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro cont\u00f3 con el acompa\u00f1amiento de la <strong>coordinadora nacional de yerba mate, ingeniera Dilma Cano<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de t\u00e9cnicos de la <strong>Agencia Local de Asistencia T\u00e9cnica (ALAT) de Tava\u2019i<\/strong>, quienes desarrollaron un programa enfocado en el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, sanitarios y de calidad establecidos por las instituciones competentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abordan normas sanitarias y de calidad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la jornada se abordaron temas relacionados con la <strong>manipulaci\u00f3n higi\u00e9nica de alimentos<\/strong> y los <strong>registros obligatorios para establecimientos y productos alimenticios<\/strong>, con el apoyo de t\u00e9cnicos de la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vigilancia Sanitaria (Dinavisa)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, especialistas del <strong>Servicio Nacional de Calidad y Sanidad Vegetal y de Semillas (Senave)<\/strong> brindaron informaci\u00f3n sobre los procedimientos para el <strong>registro y habilitaci\u00f3n de secaderos de yerba mate<\/strong>, requisito clave para la comercializaci\u00f3n formal del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, t\u00e9cnicos del <strong>Instituto Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda, Normalizaci\u00f3n y Metrolog\u00eda (INTN)<\/strong> presentaron las <strong>normas paraguayas vigentes aplicables al rubro<\/strong>, orientadas a garantizar est\u00e1ndares de calidad en la producci\u00f3n y procesamiento de la yerba mate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/MAG-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1264\" srcset=\"https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/MAG-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/MAG-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/MAG-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/MAG-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/MAG.png 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participaci\u00f3n de productores y estudiantes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En la capacitaci\u00f3n participaron <strong>productores de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores para el Desarrollo Integral (APDI)<\/strong>, estudiantes de la <strong>Escuela Agr\u00edcola del Asentamiento 1\u00b0 de Marzo<\/strong> y t\u00e9cnicos de la zona, quienes aprovecharon el espacio para intercambiar experiencias y plantear consultas sobre los procesos formales requeridos en la cadena productiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los organizadores destacaron que este tipo de actividades permite <strong>fortalecer las capacidades de los productores<\/strong>, mejorar la calidad del producto final y promover la formalizaci\u00f3n del sector, aspectos fundamentales para aumentar la competitividad de la producci\u00f3n yerbatera en el departamento de Caazap\u00e1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CAAZAP\u00c1.
