{"id":1284,"date":"2026-03-05T03:39:39","date_gmt":"2026-03-05T03:39:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/?p=1284"},"modified":"2026-03-05T03:39:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T03:39:40","slug":"compleja-cirugia-corrigen-malformacion-congenita-de-columna-en-itapua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/index.php\/2026\/03\/05\/compleja-cirugia-corrigen-malformacion-congenita-de-columna-en-itapua\/","title":{"rendered":"Compleja cirug\u00eda: corrigen malformaci\u00f3n cong\u00e9nita de columna en Itap\u00faa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un equipo multidisciplinario del Hospital General de Itap\u00faa realiz\u00f3 una cirug\u00eda de alta complejidad para corregir una malformaci\u00f3n cong\u00e9nita de la columna tor\u00e1cica en una paciente de 13 a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La adolescente oriunda de Santa Rosa, Misiones, presentaba una hemiv\u00e9rtebra dorsal,&nbsp;<strong>una alteraci\u00f3n cong\u00e9nita en la que una v\u00e9rtebra se desarrolla de manera incompleta, provocando una escoliosis estructural progresiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de patolog\u00eda puede avanzar durante el crecimiento,&nbsp;<strong>generando una curva r\u00edgida que compromete el equilibrio corporal y, en casos severos, la funci\u00f3n respiratoria y la calidad de vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procedimiento quir\u00fargico&nbsp;<strong>consisti\u00f3 en la resecci\u00f3n completa de la hemiv\u00e9rtebra mediante un abordaje posterior (desde la espalda),<\/strong>&nbsp;t\u00e9cnica que permiti\u00f3 retirar en bloque el segmento \u00f3seo malformado y liberar la deformidad r\u00edgida responsable de la desviaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente,&nbsp;<strong>se efectu\u00f3 una correcci\u00f3n instrumentada con la colocaci\u00f3n de tornillos pediculares y barras especiales para estabilizar la columna y alinear la curva dorsal.<\/strong>&nbsp;Este sistema de fijaci\u00f3n interna garantiza el mantenimiento de la correcci\u00f3n mientras se consolida la fusi\u00f3n \u00f3sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 bajo monitorizaci\u00f3n neurofisiol\u00f3gica intraoperatoria, una tecnolog\u00eda que permite controlar en tiempo real la funci\u00f3n de la m\u00e9dula espinal y los nervios durante la cirug\u00eda, brindando mayor seguridad al procedimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el reporte m\u00e9dico,<strong>&nbsp;se logr\u00f3 una correcci\u00f3n arm\u00f3nica y estable de la curva, con adecuada restauraci\u00f3n del balance espinal tanto en el plano sagital (vista lateral) como en el plano coronal (vista frontal).<\/strong>&nbsp;La alineaci\u00f3n fue satisfactoria desde el punto de vista cl\u00ednico y radiol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La paciente recibi\u00f3 el alta m\u00e9dica y contin\u00faa con buena evoluci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica, bajo seguimiento especializado por los servicios de Neurocirug\u00eda y de Fisiatr\u00eda y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n, donde proseguir\u00e1 su proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento funcional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cirug\u00eda&nbsp;<strong>fue posible gracias al trabajo articulado de un equipo multidisciplinario integrado por profesionales de Neurocirug\u00eda, Cirug\u00eda Cardiotor\u00e1cica, Anestesiolog\u00eda, Neurofisiolog\u00eda, Instrumentaci\u00f3n Quir\u00fargica y Enfermer\u00eda,&nbsp;<\/strong>reflejando el compromiso del sistema de salud p\u00fablica con la atenci\u00f3n de patolog\u00edas de alta complejidad y el acceso a procedimientos especializados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un equipo multidisciplinario del Hospital General de Itap\u00faa realiz\u00f3 una cirug\u00eda de alta complejidad para corregir una malformaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":1285,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[39],"tags":[],"post_badge":[],"class_list":["post-1284","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pais-2"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
