Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez present\u00f3 su renuncia al cargo de asesor jur\u00eddico del Instituto de Previsi\u00f3n Social (IPS). Est\u00e1 siendo investigado por supuestos cobros indebidos de honorarios.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, el abogado Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez present\u00f3 su renuncia al cargo <\/strong>en medio de cuestionamientos por su crecimiento patrimonial y cobros de honorarios profesionales en juicios impulsados por la previsional contra terceros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del IPS acept\u00f3 la renuncia presentada y declar\u00f3 vacante el cargo de director jur\u00eddico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gonz\u00e1lez est\u00e1 siendo investigado por supuestos cobros indebidos de honorarios, tras haber recibido G. 412.500.000 luego de haber ganado un juicio por parte del IPS<\/strong> al Consorcio Hotelero Sudamericano S.A., vinculado a la familia del expresidente Mario Abdo Ben\u00edtez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con los antecedentes, el Consorcio Hotelero Sudamericano, acumul\u00f3 durante a\u00f1os una millonaria deuda por Aporte Obrero Patronal. Si bien el IPS hab\u00eda ganado el juicio para el cobro, en 2019 se firm\u00f3 un acuerdo extrajudicial muy beneficioso para la empresa, que luego tampoco fue cumplido.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, en la actual administraci\u00f3n, el consorcio abon\u00f3 G. 7.500 millones, correspondientes a capital e intereses por la deuda hasta noviembre de 2018. El monto incluye G. 5.557 millones de capital y G. 1.942 millones en intereses, calculados al 6,29% anual.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
