{"id":786,"date":"2026-02-06T10:31:32","date_gmt":"2026-02-06T10:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/?p=786"},"modified":"2026-02-06T10:31:34","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T10:31:34","slug":"transporte-diario-para-40-000-personas-usando-electricidad-lo-que-ofrecera-el-tren-de-cercanias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioestacion.com.py\/index.php\/2026\/02\/06\/transporte-diario-para-40-000-personas-usando-electricidad-lo-que-ofrecera-el-tren-de-cercanias\/","title":{"rendered":"Transporte diario para 40.000 personas usando electricidad: lo que ofrecer\u00e1 el Tren de Cercan\u00edas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El nuevo proyecto del Tren de Cercan\u00edas, que ser\u00e1 impulsado mediante un acuerdo con Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos, prev\u00e9 movilizar diariamente a alrededor de 40.000 personas entre Asunci\u00f3n, Luque e Ypacara\u00ed, utilizando la electricidad como principal fuente de energ\u00eda.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>Memorando de Entendimiento entre Paraguay y Emiratos \u00c1rabes,&nbsp;<\/strong>anunciado este mi\u00e9rcoles por el presidente Santiago Pe\u00f1a, contempla la&nbsp;<strong>puesta en marcha del Tren de Cercan\u00edas, que prev\u00e9 conectar Asunci\u00f3n e Yparaca\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Facundo Salinas, presidente de Ferrocarriles del Paraguay S.A. (FEPASA), explic\u00f3 que, a partir del acuerdo suscrito entre ambos gobiernos,&nbsp;<strong>se trabajar\u00e1 en la ingenier\u00eda del futuro tren, que ser\u00e1 100% el\u00e9ctrico<\/strong>. Para ello,<strong>&nbsp;se analizar\u00e1n los estudios t\u00e9cnicos previos y se sumar\u00e1n nuevos an\u00e1lisis de factibilidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La modalidad a ser implementada es la de \u201c<strong>subconcesi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d, por lo que&nbsp;<strong>se firmar\u00e1 un convenio entre FEPASA y la empresa emirat\u00ed Etihad Rail<\/strong>, responsable de la red ferroviaria de Emiratos \u00c1rabes, para&nbsp;<strong>conformar una nueva sociedad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Estado paraguayo aportar\u00e1 unos USD 50 millones y Etihad Rail pondr\u00e1 otros USD 150 millones<\/strong>, mientras que los recursos restantes&nbsp;<strong>ser\u00e1n obtenidos a trav\u00e9s de pr\u00e9stamos, que ser\u00edan obtenidos del Fondo Emirat\u00ed de Inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>, indic\u00f3. El costo total de financiamiento&nbsp;<strong>ronda los USD 450 millones.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Esperamos que en febrero el equipo de ingenieros venga de manera permanente a vivir (a Paraguay) para llevar adelante el proyecto<\/strong>\u201d, coment\u00f3 Salinas en entrevista con Universo 970 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva sociedad tendr\u00e1 a su cargo&nbsp;<strong>la construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n del tren de cercan\u00edas por un lapso de 30 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/strong>La flota estimada es de&nbsp;<strong>11 unidades y 12 estaciones, permitiendo movilizar a cerca de 40.000 pasajeros por d\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su primera etapa,&nbsp;<strong>el tramo abarcar\u00e1 cerca de 20 kil\u00f3metros, conectando Asunci\u00f3n y Luque<\/strong>.
