<\/a>Agentes antidrogas ejecutaron la Operaci\u00f3n Dual en Alto Paran\u00e1, donde incautaron dos tractocamiones y detuvieron a tres personas vinculadas a una banda criminal dedicada al tr\u00e1fico internacional de drogas. La mercader\u00eda ten\u00eda como destino la bella ciudad de Curitiba.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dos procedimientos simult\u00e1neos se realizaron ayer de tarde en Alto Paran\u00e1 y culminaron a la noche. Uno de ellos, a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 12, Ciudad del Este, donde los efectivos de la Senad detuvieron un tractocami\u00f3n bajo la sospecha de que transportaba drogas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trav\u00e9s de equipos port\u00e1tiles de rayos X y canes<\/strong> detectores de drogas, los intervinientes detectaron restos de sustancias e indicios que confirmaron las sospechas.<\/strong> All\u00ed detuvieron a Fernando Ram\u00f3n Esteche Ojeda (26), a quien identificaron como el principal coordinador log\u00edstico<\/strong> de la organizaci\u00f3n criminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n aprehendiero<\/strong>n a Carlos Dami\u00e1n Torres Vel\u00e1zquez (25). Este joven circulaba detr\u00e1s del tractocami\u00f3n en un veh\u00edculo particular, cumpliendo la funci\u00f3n de escolta y vigilante.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el otro operativo desplegado en el kil\u00f3metro 14,5 de Minga Guaz\u00fa inspeccionaron un tractocami\u00f3n estacionado al costado de la ruta junto a un autom\u00f3vil particular.<\/strong> All\u00ed detuvieron<\/strong> a Antonio Esteche Garayo (47), padre del principal coordinador de la estructura criminal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al momento de la llegada de la comitiva, Esteche estaba acondicionando paquetes de droga dentro de la cabina del cami\u00f3n. <\/strong>Este hombre tiene antecedentes por violencia familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este caso encontraron una carga de marihuana y de coca\u00edna preparada para ir a la ciudad de Curitiba, Brasil. Entre ambos operativos incautaron 24,5 kilos de coca\u00edna y 5,5 kilos de marihuana tipo skunk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MODUS OPERANDI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, la banda utilizaba de fachada el transporte de mercader\u00edas legales. En este caso, llevaban ma\u00edz, pero una vez que los camiones sal\u00edan de las empresas responsables de la carga, contaminaban las cabinas durante el trayecto, con paquetes de coca\u00edna y marihuana,<\/strong> para luego cruzar la frontera con destino al mercado brasile\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
